After using the fingerprint lock for a period of time, the reaction is a little slow, probably because the fingerprint collection window has been used for a long time, and the surface is dirty or wet. Find a clean and dry soft cloth to gently wipe it a few times, and then try again.

Cannot change or delete fingerprint?

Before the operation, confirm whether your fingerprint is a user management fingerprint. If not, you cannot operate. If you want to change yourself into a user fingerprint manager, follow the steps in the manual to correct the operation.

Can’t the handle of the smart lock be turned?

The panel is installed askew, resulting in large friction between the lock body and the panel. It is difficult to turn the handle, so you can adjust the position of the panel appropriately.

Does the display indicate locked?

The panel is locked due to incorrect password or fingerprint input many times. It is similar to unlocking a mobile phone. Wait quietly for about 3-5 minutes, and the lock will be automatically unlocked.
